NPC Figure Champion Laura Marenco shares her “go to” recipe when she feels like treating herself and her family to a healthy and nutritious snack. It's not only low calorie but packs a protein punch in every bite!!!

Ingredients

2 scoops Lean Fusion Vanilla
1.5 cups Almond flour
2 teaspoon Ground Cinammon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Substitute 1/2 cup Sugar: Such as Stevia in the Raw or Truvia
1/4 cup Raw Walnuts
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Vanilla Milk
1 raw Banana

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Use a hand blender or whisk to mix all wet ingredients then slowly add the dry ones. Spray a 9″ bread loaf pan with cooking spray, pour mix in the pan and place in the oven (at 375 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes. ENJOY!!!!!
